Peace & Ease

Life is not about learning as much as it is about Rememberingremember that. We enter this world with an intuitive connection to wisdom and through ‘schooling’ we are taught to be intellectual by learning the aboutness of ‘this and that.’ Wisdom resides in our authentic being as it is a cultivation of all of our soul’s experiences and depending on how closely we resonate with our authentic self while here on earth determines how accessible that wisdom is in it’s integration to our life experience. In current society we are encouraged to navigate LIFE with what we are ‘told’ rather than what we may know or feel within our beingness of LIFE.

What is passed down by society, for the most part, provides us with a generic understanding of ‘things’ that is reinforced by the intellectual frameworks that support it’s theories. It establishes a uniform perception among it’s population and constructs a common reality. Out of a survivalist energy many of us adhere to this manufactured way of seeing things, adopt it as the ultimate truth, and discredit any experiences that we have outside of a linear or logical context. In this way, what one ‘thinks’ of experience is seen as most significant rather than what is experienced. In this way, one becomes blind to to the experiential wisdom of their soul.

To free oneself of thinkingness one must surrender the literal and open up to the essence of LIFE unified within.

An identification with the literal and the logical is a main block to the revelation of LIFE’s essence. Without an experience of the essential one can not embrace peace, contentment, and long lasting fulfilment in their life. If one can not recognize what allows all to be then they will not be okay with the way things are. Words about peace mean nothing to a person if they do not feel or experience the permanent quality of peace within themselves. If the quality of that energy hasn’t realized itself within, then how is one [realize]able to experience it.

The fact is that LIFE unfolds the way it does and mind activity can only try to say what’s happening over top of it. If what we intend to experience is ease and inner peace then it should become apparent somewhere along our path that we don’t really need to focus on what our mind is saying, but instead focus on surrendering what the mind is saying in order to actually experience ease and inner peace within. There are profound physiological benefits to surrendering one’s inner banter and resistances to what is. The truth of that can easily be felt if practiced.

Most of our current social programming comes from the lower realms of mind; that are driven by the ego’s emotions and instinctual [animalistic] rational, which could be described as survivalist modes of thinking that pose blocks to ones spiritual evolution. This keeps one searching outwards for salvation in a doing-ness, which is the experiential realm of ego. The ego is ultimately scared of death — of it’s identity — and so we will always find that it’s motivational driver is the emotion of fear. What has come to be known as ‘normal’ or ‘common’ use of the mind (mass thinking) is actually fear-based thinking; fundamentally flawed in increasing our quality of life due to its lack of authenticity in being-ness which keeps one in a constant state of inner resistance and dis-ease. This becomes quite evident in our own lives when we first start to recognize how the subconscious programming we have acquired actually works to resist empowering ways of being — that will make following our heart seem ‘risky’ or ‘unconventional’ — but are essential to our evolution and growth as spiritual beings.

Our authentic being, which is our natural ‘state of being,’ is tranquil, peaceful, and content within the present moment always — for that is what it feels like to be ONE which aligns with the symmetry of harmony in ones energy field. The experiential result of this is a natural feeling of being at ease. When we feel ‘at ease’ it is easy and effortless to be [authentic] ambitious, optimistic, and expansive. Experientially, it aligns with a heavenly dimensional reality.

When we identify with our mind activity we get lost in thoughts and become absent from the presence of our being…which is commonly done by the obsessive emotionalizing of thoughts of the past or future. Thus we experience disharmony in our energy field, or sense of being, and in turn feel dis-ease [within] as the present moment. When we feel at a dis-ease we are constricting our [etheric] energy field, by cutting ourselves off from [source] the light, so we feel anxiety or stress as a physical manifestation of this and it is ‘harder’ to be ambitious, optimistic, and expansive. Experientially, it aligns with a hellish dimensional reality.

If we open our mind to this perspective we can start to feel how most diseases, impediments, and the overall friction of our life experiences are actually a reflection of the illusions we reinforce with our perception of things — which in many ways we may find is just our obsession with trying to fit LIFE into mind activity. We come to the realization that the root of our discrepancies with LIFE is our absence from the present moment; when we shift our attention and awareness to a realm of mental projections and illusion instead of what actually IS for perceived periods of ‘time.’ This realization can completely shift our [awareness] life experience and motivate us in aspiring to embrace the present moment as a way of healing, and as a way of LIFE — most pure — to aspire to live in a natural way…Natures way…a way that aligns with the ebb and flow of the Universe. What a blessing it is to just be and be great— as one intrinsically feels that one IS what IS intended to be — always.
